Congenital missing teeth in children occur when the baby teeth naturally fall out, but the adult tooth root never develops; therefore there will be spaces between the teeth. In almost all cases for congenital missing teeth, dental implants offer the best, most complete solution for a lifetime. And they look and feel just like the natural, healthy teeth.
