Dear Dr. Locante, Ora and LInda,
Where do I begin? The minute I walked through your door I knew the many prayers said on my behalf had been heard and answered. In August of 2008, I developed an infection in one of my anchor teeth on my upper six tooth bridge. For three years my general dentist, periodontist and endodontist tried to salvage my bridge. This bridge has been a big part of thousands and thousands of my smiles for over 15 years. I had received numerous compliments on my smile and I loved sharing my smile. After seeing a maxillofacial surgeon in Nashville, another at the University of Louisville Kentucky, another dentist in Paducah, Kentucky referred me to you. He told me he had been studying how to do implant surgery from Dr. William Locante and I should go meet you. My primary general dentist had told me I would know when I was where I needed to be and I found this statement to be true.
As a registered nurse with 25 years surgical experience I knew I did not want to have bone graft taken from my hip if at all possible. You assured me you could replace my existing bridge with an implant supported bridge, and I would not have to have a piece of my hip removed for bone grafting. Therefore, I would not have to undergo general anesthesia. Equally amazing, I chose to have all this work done under oral sedation and would do so again.
My biggest concern was I didn't want to lose my smile. You guaranteed me I would keep my smile. Indeed, you kept your promise.
Many hugs have been shared between my family with you and your wonderful staff/family. I understand why you go all over the world to share your gift. It is to give other people the opportunity to keep their smile and share it with others

Dr. William Locante is the best! I am very blessed to have crossed paths
with Dr. Locante and I don’t say that with anything but gratitude for
the work that he performed for me. He produced a miracle not only in
giving me a smile but in the change he placed in my life. His sincere
approach far outweighs his work and that is saying a lot. His work is
tops. He is a master of his craft. His heart and care for my apprehensiveness
involving anything done to my teeth was top notch and first class. The
procedure took a lot of time for the amount of work I needed. The time
in which it took got to the point of anxiousness. I looked forward to
every visit because the results where instant, the hope was evident.
Dental implants are life changing. Dr. Locante changed my life. I cannot
or believe it is possible (though I have tried in the previous sentences)
to convey in words the amount of praise and gratitude that I have in
this man. His work was painless, his demeanor was strengthening, the
results were miraculous. If you need a personal testimony give me a
call. That’s how much I stand by this wonderful Doctor’s work. Life
changing! A true angel of his craft. I would highly recommend the Nashville
Dental Implant Center to say the least.

Dr. Locante, The gift you have given me back is a miracle. I was in
so much pain when I met you. I put my total trust in you the day I met
you. You didn't let me down. I was without a smile. Thanks to you and
your office, I can smile again and be proud of all the hard work you
have done for me. You have a special passion for your amazing work.
It also shows in all of your staff that helps you accomplish your goals.
You never made me uncomfortable in all of the surgeries you performed
on me. My heart has a special place for all of the people involved.

I received the very best of care from Dr. Locante and his staff during my implant procedure. No long waits or delays.
Very prompt. I required bone grafts for implant preparation and also reconstruction on my gum tissue.
I experienced minimal discomfort throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the precision in which Dr.
Locante worked. Each and every step was performed with great accuracy. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr.
Locante and the entire staff publicly for their kindness, devotion and care from start to finish....I would not consider going to
another Implant Doctor, and neither should you! If you are looking for an Implant Doctor, please look no further! You will be

What a pleasure it was to be a patients of yours; your expertise, talent and professionalism made a smooth transition in the completion of my dental work. The knowledge that you disseminated as as implantologist made an indelible impression on me, so much so, that I have been and and still am your ambassador for this specialty in the world of dentistry.
What a gift you are to your students at the University of Tennessee in Memphis; with your instruction, even, I as an English professor could have enjoyed your classes and would have done well in them under your supervision.
I wish to thank you for your service though I hope I will not need more work, but if I do, I will know where to go.

Lori is absolutely fabulous. I have to say that after moving here from Florida and being in the hotel industy I was suprised at the work ethic of the people in this area and not in a good way. With my crazy “needs” I go out of my way to look for people that treat me “special” and it seems that I have found what I am looking for. Please continue to do business in the manner in which you currently do because you are definately doing something right and I have already referred a couple of my co-workers to you since they are of the same opinion as me and are in the market for an excellent dental office.

“In the past, I have restored
implants placed by Oral Surgeons and Periodontists. In each situation,
there was always something I would be responsible for, such as
purchasing and placing the prosthetic post, having the patient
return to me for fabrication of the temporary, or having to contact
the manufacturer for specific finishing burs for the copings.
There were also times when I would have to restore a less than
ideal occlusal relationship simply because the surgeon did not
properly plan the case. I never knew what would be next, and I
hate surprises.
Since working with Dr. Locante, not once have
I had
to do anything other than make an impression and seat the crown.
When my first case came back in temporaries, I could not believe
it. In every situation, from start to finish, restoring implants
have been unbelievably stress free. I believe much of this is
due to Dr. Locante being a restorative dentist himself. He understands
occlusion; therefore proper placement has never been an issue.
